Refund Policy
The following guidelines are used to handle all refunds at Black Lotus Audio.
A) To begin the process of requesting a refund, contact support@blacklotusaudio.com via email and include your order number and email used at checkout.
Note: Any requests not submitted to support@blacklotusaudio.com will be ignored.
B) All customers are allowed up to 30 days to request a refund after a purchase. Any requests exceeding the 30-day limit will be denied.
C) We allow a maximum of 1 refund per customer.
